Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with bound Brazilian rosewood fretboard, block inlays, and headstock truss rod adjustment. The nut has a small shim underneath to achieve proper string height above the first fret.
Electronics: Original gold foil single coil pickups and original wiring harness, with 3-way toggle switch and volume/tone controls for each pickup. A few solder joints have been touched up. The pickguard is stamped “DEC 27 1965,” and the pot codes date to 1965 as well.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows nice aging, with heavy finish checking throughout the body, along with various chips, dings, and patches of finish wear. The treble side of the body has heavier finish wear. The back of the neck has some small scattered dings as well.
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and is currently set up with 10s. The frets are narrow and medium height with some wear and divots in the first position. The electronics suggest the guitar dates to the end of 1965.
