This is a small body acoustic, around the most petite mid-range size available. Perfect for taking with you on the road or picking up for a quick play whenever you walk past at home. The S seriesproducescrystal clear sound projection, ideal when paired with vocals.Smaller-sizedguitars are ideal forduets or forsinger/songwriters because of the way they intertwine withvocals.

Owner and founder of Lowden Guitars, George Lowden, helped create the distinctive style of these acoustics. Its unique bevelled soundhole provides excellent low end control, especially when combined with the outstanding LR Baggs Element undersaddle pickup. Hook up the S seriesto an acoustic amp or PA system for larger gigs.

Standard specs across the range include a smooth mahogany neck andebony fingerboard with a matching bridge, so you’ll becomfortable playing for extended periods of time. This particular model is made of a classic Indian rosewood body and strong sitka spruce top. At just under a 25″ scale length, the S shape’sjump between frets is smaller than youraverage dreadnought or jumbo acoustic. It also means it’s an excellent choice for smaller hands.
